Unroasted beans, selected by grades 1, 2 or 3. Clean and balanced cup profile, with 80-84 SCA points. Certification: Organic and Fairtrade.
#2 Dry Parchment Coffee
Parchment grain with controlled humidity (10-12%). It represents 65% of the total yield. Certification: Organic and Fairtrade.
#3 Roasted Coffee
Roasted and ground coffee, with natural, honey and washed profiles. Score over 80 SCA points.
#4 Special Microlots
Coffees grown by selected families, with artisanal processes (washed, honey and natural). Notes of chamomile, peach, vanilla, cocoa and floral.
#5 Local Market Coffee
